Russell Wilson will be in Denver at least until he reaches the age of 40. Denver and the Super Bowl winning quarterback agreed to a 5 year extension, on top of the two years that were left on his contract, tying Wilson to Denver for 7 years. It breaks down to a little over $42M per year, and the 5 year extension is worth a cool $49M per year.
Denver, who hasn’t been in the playoffs since Peyton Manning was around is hoping that Wilson takes the Broncos back to their winning ways and can add another Lombardi to the trophy case ..read more

Good afternoon, Bronco Country! The 2022 preseason is officially in the books and we are just 2 weeks away from the 2022 Season! I believe it is an exciting time to be a Bronco fan! I must admit, I was a fan of Drew Lock, and while I was upset to see him go, I do like the look of our new QB wearing #3.
The Broncos finished the preseason with a record of 2-1, defeating the Cowboys and the Vikings and losing to the Buffalo Bills, led by Josh Allen. The newly installed regime has been keeping their cards very close to their vest and not allowing the rest of the NFL world t ..read more

Some tragic news to report on today, as former Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas passed away at age 33, according to Roswell, Georgia police.
Details are still coming in, but police say that Thomas was found deceased in his home, with preliminary reports indicating his death might have stemmed from a medical issue.
LaTonya Bonseigneur, a first cousin who grew up with Thomas, told The Associated Press that the family believes he died from a seizure:

Broncos linebacker Von Miller had spent his entire 11-year career in Denver. But that’s all about to change, with the Broncos shipping the eight-time Pro Bowler off to Los Angeles in exchange for two second-day 2022 draft picks. As you can imagine, the Rams are thrilled to have him on board, adding to an already scary defense. But the move came as quite a surprise to many, myself included.
As it turns out, there may be more to the story than meets the eye, with a source telling Pro Football Network that there was friction between Von Miller and teammates, and it’s all because of Miller’s annu ..read more

2020 was not the season the Denver Broncos had in mind when they took the field for the first time. They dropped their first game at home in late fashion to the Titans, and from there it was a downward spiral for the club.
Denver started 0-3 before they finally got wins over the Jets and an 18-12 win over New England.
The two wins were a bit of a small reprieve, as the Broncos then lost 3 of their last four games, and for the rest of the season for the most part the team just wasn’t very consistent or very good.
While there’s a number of great matchups on the Broncos slate, including division ..read more

A 5-11 season with plenty of question marks again have the Denver Broncos wondering ‘what if’ as they enter the 2021 season.
The team hasn’t been competitive since they were two games over .500 at 9-7 back in the 2016 season.
Since then they’ve struggled, going 23-41 in the seasons after their 9-7 season. They have a coach many think they should move on from in Vic Fango, but at this point they are going to give it one more go-around before they clean house.
One of the big question marks is who will line up at quarterback for Denver?
The club has been looking for a franchise signal caller for ..read more
