Let's face it, bodybuilding is a game of mental strength as well as physical strength. The hard part is walking through life as time moves forward and keeping the strength to make the right choices when it comes to diet and training. I've found that oftentimes I had to continue to grow as a person ...

Hey guys,
I hope you've been killing it in the gym and working hard towards your goals! As my own training changes and I grow in life, I feel like there is information that would be important to share with you all when it comes to getting the most out of your training as it permeates into your life outside of the gym.
I'm definitely a slave to the grind, as probably a lot of you are as well. Bodybuilding is something I'll always do and it's my main squeeze, but I feel like there are some people out there that let it take them over completely, to the point where there is no enjoyment in life at ..read more

I don't know if there is a singular point that I'm going to make with this article or not, but this is based on something that my old training partner and good friend were talking about on the phone a few days ago.
You see, back in the day we were fucking animals when it came to building muscle. I didn't have much going on outside of the gym and work, and the gym was pretty much his biggest priority too. Life was all about muscle, bitches, and food!
Funny enough when I first met the guy, I thought he was an asshole. I can remember getting into an argument with the guy and telling him to keep t ..read more

Hey guys,
I hope everyone has been doing good and training hard! The good news is that I'm off TRT and back on a blast. I just thought to let everyone know that.
Oh yeah, and here's a new podcast/rant that was done after murdering a workout today with shit sleep the night before. Anyways, it's really just a therapy mic session for me this week.
I've been working on the new e-book lately and quality takes time, but this should be completed and on to editing very soon! This one is absolutely killer and in a league of its own! It's definitely not for beginners, but if any of you guys are at a poi ..read more

Hey guys,
No, I'm not talking about cruises between your steroid blasts here, I'm talking about my experience going on an actual cruise ship!
Do you think I'd be someone that enjoys going on a cruise ship or do you think I'd be someone that dislikes a week of being surrounded by fat fucks and gluttony?

What's up guys?
So, I have to admit that this is one of the most useful and insightful podcasts that I feel I've ever done. Informative, remindful, and motivating, this podcast hits the nail on the head with getting in the right mindframe to achieve serious, physique changing results!
I've always tried to keep it real, and oftentimes keeping it real goes against the grain of online fitness. It's not easy, there are no shortcuts, and so much of this game is mental. Let me get in your head a little bit and shift the way you look at working out, nutrition, and performance enhancement!

What's up guys?
I hope you've all been well and are kicking ass and taking names in the gym! Something I've been doing myself lately is a more metabolic style workout while resuming my TRT. Yes, unfortunately the time has come to go back to cruising for a little while, so I always have to find new ways to stay motivated to train during these troubling times of just TRT.
Hopefully this may help some of you too, because what's the point of being human again and laying off the gym?

I've been bodybuilding for the better part of the past 3 decades now. When I began lifting weights, I was right around 140 lbs at 5'9. I remember seeing this guy walking up the street with his shirt off on this random summer day, and I thought having visible pecs looked pretty impressive and that's what I wanted for myself.
It didn't help that I was a child of the 80's and had all of the action movies that pretty much said, “This is what a man is supposed to look like!” And before that, it didn't help that I was into He-man action figures which were the most roided out looking toy action figur ..read more
