Despite media reports of a cooling market, Miami is still going strong. The St. Regis, Miami in Brickell currently has plans for two tower cranes at their jobsite at 1809 Brickell Avenue while also reaching the 60% sold benchmark. According to a filing with the FAA for two tower cranes, the project plans to have both rise 741 feet above ground or 750 feet above sea level.
