Welcome back to the Seahawks, Devin Richardson. He’s replacing Bowser on the practice squad.
The Seattle Seahawks have made another change to the practice squad ahead of Thursday’s practice for the New York Giants game.
Having brought back 42-year-old offensive lineman Jason Peters earlier in the week, Seattle has re-signed undrafted rookie free agent inside linebacker Devin Richardson, who was a part of Seattle’s training camp and preseason roster. To make room for Richardson, the Seahawks moved on from outside linebacker Tyus Bowser, who’s signing with ano ..read more

During Seattle’s matchup versus Detroit on Monday night, Seahawks fan Peyton Morris fondly remembered this Lions player’s kind gesture.
Sometimes, even the smallest acts of kindness can be remembered for a long time.
Earlier this week, Seattle Seahawks fan Peyton Morris took to TikTok and shared a video remembering when a Detroit Lions player stood up for her in high school.
The player in question was Detroit offensive lineman Kayode Awosika, whose team hosted Seattle at Ford Field on Monday Night Football in Week 4.
“Some good deeds aren’t forgotten,” Morris ..read more

Through four games, can the Texans, Vikings, or anyone else actually stand up to DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Jaxon Smith-Njigba?
Ryan Grubb, folks.
After four games, the Seattle Seahawks have established themselves as a good offense. A fun offense! A...prolific passing offense?
Geno Smith is atop the NFL in passing yards, something Russell Wilson never enjoyed in his Seattle tenure.
Furthermore, Ryan Grubb seems to have been about as out-the-box ready for the NFL as any offensive coordinator has ever come from college.
When Jaxon Smith-Njigba was drafted in the ..read more

Tracker Week 4! This time we finally have bad news
Well at least it wasn’t the San Francisco 49ers.
And at least it was with every pass rusher missing. Except Derick Hall, who did the job of a one-man wrecking crew. I mean, look at this beast. How strong do you have to be to do this?

Leonard Williams, Uchenna Nwosu, and Jerome Baker were all hypothetical limited participants if this was a full practice.
The first injury report is out for the Seattle Seahawks’ Week 5 home game against the New York Giants.
Having just played on Monday night, Seattle’s Wednesday practice was just a walkthrough. We’ll see them do this again before the Thursday game against the San Francisco 49ers next week. In a world where this was actually a full practice, four would’ve been DNPs. Johnathan Hankins sat out due to personal reasons, while Byron Murphy II and ..read more

The Seahawks might have given up 42 points to the Lions, but Mark Schlereth saw something positive from Seattle’s loss to Detroit.
The Seattle Seahawks’ first of four primetime outings for the 2024 season did not go according to plan. A myriad of defensive line injuries put Seattle at a disadvantage against the Detroit Lions, and the Seahawks unsurprisingly lost 42-29 on Monday Night Football.
This could’ve easily been a humbling hammering in front of a national audience, but Geno Smith and the offense racked up over 500 yards and a franchise record 38 first do ..read more

Miller violated the NFL’s personal conduct policy.
One of the biggest games on the Seattle Seahawks’ calendar has a major development.
Buffalo Bills pass rusher Von Miller has been suspended four games by the NFL for violating the league’s personal conduct policy. His suspension takes effect immediately starting with the Bills’ Week 5 game against the Houston Texans, and he won’t be eligible for reinstatement until after the Week 8 matchup with the Seahawks at Lumen Field on Oct. 27.
While the reason for Miller’s suspension has not been confirmed, ESPN repor ..read more
