Time Blocking – Making your time WORK for YOU!
Jessica Mandujano - Stay At Home MOMpreneur

I’ve been talking about Time Blocking and how it can work for a Stay At Home Mom  recently, but what exactly is Time Blocking? Put simply, its the process of blocking out specific times of the day for specific tasks. Or put in Stay At Home Mom speak, its a way to LOL at yourself for believing you can actually schedule your day ?! But… what if I told you….it kinda works? I’ve been on this “get organized, be productive” kick recently (and if you want to find out why you can head  here) but realized that at the end of the day I’m left feeling like nothing was accomplished and kinda ..read more

PreWORKOUT and PREGNANCY, is it safe? **DISCLAIMER** ALWAYS check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program OR choosing supplements! I’m no superhuman, I’m growing a human in my body which is pretty super but I don’t have a special energy superpower that allows me to get my booty out of bed and work out. I’m a normal human being! No, I take that back I’m a normal NON MORNING human being . I enjoy my warm cozy bed and staying in it until I absolutely must get out of it. If you’re connected with me on social media (and if you’re not why aren’t you???) then you’ll notice I’ve been up ..read more

Tush Baby, How it’s Helping Me Carry My Kiddo with Gross Motor Delay

Mama’s I can’t tell you enough how much I love the Tush Baby ** This post contains affiliate links. Joaquin has grown so much in the past year, which is GREAT but he’s definitely getting harder to carry! Because of his gross motor delay, he still relies on me to get him from one place to another. His gait trainer or walker is not always the best, or quickest, solution. Another challenge is that he doesn’t help me carry him, his body gets really loose and he can easily start slipping from me and it’s such a struggle . We are working so hard on getting him those protective reflexes and he ..read more

BBG 1.0 Week 1 = DONE! I was so proud of myself at the end of week 1, I couldn’t believe I finished ALL of the BBG 1.0  workouts! Let me tell you about it… The BBG Workouts Resistance Workouts You get 3 Resistance Workouts per week. Legs, Arms & Abs, Total Body. They rock! I didn’t think the exercises were very difficult, I had to do some modifications (during arms & abs) but other than that, I was familiar with most of the exercises. Squats, Jump Squats, Squat & Press, Step Ups, Commandos, Tricep Dips…nothing crazy. What really got me was the format. You get 2 Cycles. Ea ..read more

BBG Prep – Getting Ready For My 12 Week Sweat App Challenge

You have to know where you are to know where you’re going…  With that in mind, I had to take a hard look at where I was at NOW. Let me tell you, it wasn’t pretty. For me, prepping for the Sweat Apps 12 Week Challenge (I’m doing Kayla Itsines BBG 1.0 program) wasn’t easy. Changes to my nutrition were ABSOLUTELY necessary and I wasn’t looking forward to that. Nutrition I’ve spent the last 15 months enjoying late night snacks (“I deserved them after a hard day!” mentality), not eating until dinner time, and picking up fast food after therapy sessions. It just got bad, no other way to say it ..read more

Time For Some Changes
Jessica Mandujano - Stay At Home MOMpreneur

It’s time for some changes. 2018 and some of 2017 was spent in a downward spiral., Working out and growing my business took a backseat. At the end of it I found myself feeling unfulfilled, drained, exhausted and unmotivated! On top of that, I gained quite a few unhealthy pounds. A lot of that time was spent focusing on my son’s needs, advocating for services and trying to figure out how to manage this new life. This new life that was filled with therapy appointments, starting developmental pre-k, and doing my best to help both of my kiddos adjust. There wasn’t a lot of time for me. But no ..read more
