UK singer-songwriter Polly Money‘s latest release captures the feeling some of us know all too well—impostor syndrome.
The song was written during Money’s recent gig being part of The 1975’s touring band—an experience that was equally exciting as it made her question whether she was deserving of the opportunity (which she absolutely was).
It’s a reminder that no matter where you are in your life, self-doubt can manifest in ways beyond your control, but it’s just our brains lying to us.

Lizzy McAlpine just keeps getting better.
The first time I saw her live was in 2022—she performed to a sold-out crowd of a few hundred people at Fortune Sound Club in Vancouver in support of her beloved album, five seconds flat. The most recent time I saw her live was last weekend in Seattle at the WaMu Theatre, which has a capacity of 7,200.
Regardless of the size of the room, McAlpine captivates with her effortlessly soul-filled vocals and her emotion-driven storytelling, especially with the songs off of her latest record, Older. Take a listen to her latest single, “I Guess” and hear for you ..read more

Madi Diaz then graced the stage and kicked her set off with “Same Risk”, the first track off of her latest record Weird Faith. Diaz was joined by her longtime touring band member, Adam Popick, who was multi-tasking on backing vocals, drums, and the keys.
