Since moving back to the UK permanently back in 2016, not a year has gone by that I haven’t visited some part of Spain. And yes, that includes 2020; my fiancée and I were lucky enough to squeeze a long weekend away in Barcelona in February, just before the proverbial sh*t hit the fan.
