QC Cocoa B.E.A.N.S. is a non-profit sponsored organization of the North Carolina Breastfeeding Coalition (NCBC). Mission is to improve the quality of life among African American families in Charlotte, North Carolina through breastfeeding education, advocacy, normalcy and support. ​
