Homeless child

Greetings, I am hoping someone of your expertise can help me. I keep seeing a woman and her little girl (like 6 years old) sitting in the grass where the cars exit the highway. I am so worried for this child. It’s so hot and the mom (I assume it’s the mom. It could be someone else) just sets her up with a phone under a beach umbrella. The girl is always in the same Rapunzel dress. I worry she should be at school and out of car exhaust. Is a situation like this something I can report? Or is it better to leave it alone? I don’t know what is best for this kid. submitted by /u/ConsciousPlay9194 ..read more

Hey all, I hope this post is within the guidelines but I have an interview tomorrow as a residential supervisor at a group home for foster kids. This is SUCH a huge opportunity for me because my goal is to one day open a group home for foster kids and it’d mean I’d get the experience I need to understand what needs to be done when it’s my time to shine. It finally feels like a stepping stone towards my dream. plus it’d be huge bump in pay compared to my current job. i’ve worked as a direct care worker at residential homes for a few years after i first graduated and i just fell in love and hel ..read more

TLDR: Do any of you have advice on running an S Corp, or could you point us in the right direction for resources? Maybe some payroll/accounting platforms you’d recommend? I’m posting on behalf of my sister. She has a private practice and does business as an S Corp. She has 3 streams of income (Headway, Grow, Simple Practice) + a payroll service for the S corp that takes money twice a month from her business account and pays her out as an employee to her personal account. She needs some advice with restructuring her payroll, paying personal and biz taxes, separating her biz and personal accoun ..read more
