Dear friends,
With completion of the S&P Global and I.H.S. Markit merger at the end of February 2022, on March 1, I assumed the role of Senior Research Analyst (Legal) for the Middle East and North Africa at S&P Global.
As before the merger, the focus of my work is on petroleum regulatory and fiscal analysis/consulting covering the Middle East and North Africa. In addition, though this topic is not linked to the MENA region, I work consistently on energy taxation (carbon credits and carbon taxes) and energy financing aspects (CCUS and tax equity).

Markit, a London-based global information provider, in relation to petroleum regulatory and fiscal analysis/consulting covering the Middle East and North Africa.
