With all of the gooey treats and candy around this Fall season, it's easy to let the sugar goblins come out to play. Here are a few tips to keep your teeth healthy during this autumn:
- Tooth brushing following candy consumption with a fluoride containing toothpaste keeps the cavity causing sugar monsters (bacteria) at bay
- Limit candy consumption to one sitting, rather than snacking throughout the day
- Water is always a preferred beverage. After eating a sugary snack, encourage your child to drink water to rinse away the sugars.

Rochester Pediatric Dentistry Families,
MN Governor Walz issued an Executive Order 3-19-20 closing our dental office for the duration of the peacetime emergency or until the executive order is rescinded. All non-emergency dental care must be postponed.
We are now authorized to provide only limited emergency services. We will continue requesting photos by electronic means for consultation. In cases of emergency, please call the office for directions.
