I created a free 5-day challenge for all the beginners out there who fancy trying Ashtanga yoga but can’t get to a studio at the moment (for obvious reasons!) to learn the funamentals. Each day for 5 days straight, you’ll receive a 15-20 minute tutorial teaching you the sun salutations of Ashtanga Yoga.
