Emily and Harris. Where do I even begin? I had some really interesting talks with these two during our planning calls, and I have to say–I like them a lot. I’ve been told I can be a little sarcastic, so Harris and I got on right away due to some distinct similarities there. And Emily is just plain sweet and nice and smart…and beautiful beyond words. Ashley & Mike, Lucas Confectionery, Troy, NY There is simply no place like Lucas Confectionery for a wedding. There are barns and ballrooms, hotels large and small, lakeside inns, and even castles, but this place is unique. Sam & Tom, St. Joseph’s Church and Franklin Plaza, Troy, NY Ah…these two. I’ve been psyched about getting this blog posted ever since the amazing day we spent with Sam & Tom a few weeks ago. It was a perfect summer day, the new bridal suite at the Best Western Franklin Square Inn is beautiful, as is St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, and Franklin Plaza is always one of the most elegant reception venues anywhere. evelyn & natasha, the inn at erlowest, lake george, ny I remember how pumped I was when I got the email last year from Natasha and Evelyn saying they decided to book me, even though our prices were a little over their budget. “We think you’re worth it,” the note said.
