I usually do perm recruitment. A client can only offer a day rate / contract for a role. The client wants to offer + is asking what the candidate is looking for on a rate. Do I already factor in the desired margin % when telling the client the expectations of the candidate. Eg the candidate wants 500PD, I need 20% margin, so I say the candidate wants 600PD?
