450g White Crab Meat
100g Fresh White Breadcrumbs
4 Spring Onions
1 Red Chilli
2cm Fresh Ginger
1 Garlic Clove
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
15g Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
1 Egg
1 Lime (juice)
Salt and Pepper
Sunflower Oil For Frying
Aioli
60g Good Quality Mayonnaise
½ Garlic clove (crushed)
½ Lemon (juice) - optional

2 tbsp of freshly grated parmesan cheese or pecorino Romano picante

30g pancetta, chopped finely

25g butter
6 rashers of smoked streaky bacon, chopped into little bits
1 large leek diagonally sliced

Ingredients
1kg mussel in their shells
50g toasted breadcrumb
Zest of 1 lemon
100g garlic and parsley butter
A sprinkle of your fave cheese
Instructions
Give your mussels a good rinse in cold water.
