Every three years, the Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills conducts an Identity and Career Development survey that helps our office explore the intersections between career and identity. The 10 communities we focused on (due to their statistical significance in 2021) were Women, White, International, First-Generation, LGBTQ+, Asian/Asian American, Latine/Hispanic, Students with Disabilities, Religiously Affiliated, Black/African American, and International.
