How I laboured and delivered my second child into the world! AGAIN I planned a home birth and again I ended up at the hospital (however, I'm grateful to have had the option and safety of doing so) but this time I delivered unmedicated. All I will say is ouch. Our babe arrived en caul, meaning he was delivered in the amniotic sac which somehow stayed in tact despite my waters leaking throughout the day.
