[maxbutton id=”8″] See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? (Isaiah 43:19) After seven amazing years of ministry, today marks our last day at Healing Spring. We are incredibly sad to have to say farewell, but we are also thrilled about the new adventure God has set out before us. So how did we get to this moment of transition? For several years, God had been speaking to us about a big change He would soon be making in our life and ministry. As is often His way, however, He held off giving us any specifics. Then, at the beginning of 2017, He finally began to give ..read more

Madagascar Mission 2018 Report – Love Poured Out and New Doors Opened

January was an eventful month with three weeks spent sharing the love of the Father in Madagascar. Our time began with a Fatherheart ‘A’ School held at the Youth With a Mission (YWAM) base in Antananarivo. We couldn’t have been more delighted to welcome Leonard Hays, of Fatherheart Ministries, to Madagascar to lead the school. Upon arriving in Madagascar, our main goals were to put on a successful ‘A’ School and to spend time ministering to staff and children at Iris Madagascar. These activities alone would have made for a satisfying trip, but as is always the case with God, he had much more i ..read more

2017 Wrap-up: A Year of God’s Faithfulness in the Midst of Transition

This has been an exciting and significant year of transition for Healing Spring. God continued to show us His incredible goodness and ‘new things’ began to be birthed. We began 2017 facing the reality that at the end of May we would be losing the use of the Centre Point building. Centre Point served as the home for our ministry for nearly 5 years. What a blessing Centre Point has been to us! We witnessed so many incredible healings in that space during our Wednesday night prayer sessions as well as during our healing classes. We have been blessed to experience how the love and power of God is ..read more

Greetings from New Zealand! We are now nearly ¾ the way through our three-month FatherHeart Inheriting the Nations School…  and what an amazing journey we’ve had! It has been such a blessing to spend time in what has proven to be an atmosphere of incredible openness and authenticity. We have been forced to slow down and adjust to a different rhythm of living and we are finding that we are able to hear God speak in ways we so often miss in our hectic everyday lives. We have been amazed at what can happen when you are given the opportunity to just be, free from the outside pressures o ..read more

From the Desk of Father Bruce   The Fatherheart ‘A’ School starts THIS Sunday, May 14th! Here are 6 reasons why you should consider attending: An ‘A’ School can be a truly life changing experience. Shay and I were (and continue to be) profoundly blessed by our experience at the ‘A’ School. We gained much deeper healing and peace, clearer direction in our personal lives and ministry, a deeper understanding of the Scriptures and, most importantly, a wonderfully dynamic, more personal and joy-filled relationship with God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. I can’t stress enough ho ..read more

During the last few months, Bruce and I have had the incredible opportunity to serve on a Fatherheart ‘A’ School ministry team in Vermont and also attend a Fatherheart ‘B’ School in San Diego. This came after each of us attended an ‘A’ School as ‘students’, during which our lives were deeply impacted by an encounter with the love of God the Father. Our experience led us to delve even deeper into the Father’s love. While on team in Vermont, we were blessed beyond belief as we shared with and prayed for 23 people who came from as far as Brazil to experience the love of their Heavenly Father. It ..read more

Are You Bearing Kingdom Water?

Recently, while leading a Soaking Prayer session with a focus on Psalms, I took a personal moment to soak as well.  I closed my eyes while the meditative music was playing and immediately saw an image of an old game I used to play on my first iPhone.  The game, which is called “Up There,” features a red balloon that you guide through various obstacles as it ascends toward the sky. I didn’t know why this image came to mind, so I went with it. I am a highly visual person, and I find that God often uses vivid images to speak to me.  So in this vision, I ..read more

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” (Isaiah 55:8-9) As we travelled back to Madagascar this summer for our fourth mission trip in 5 years, we were once again filled with great excitement and expectation about how God might use us. We have seen God do some incredible things during our previous visits, and He always has a surprise in store for us. This trip proved to be no exception. As it turned out, God invited us into a be ..read more

Are you living in the present?

I’ve often found that it is easy to live in the past or the future, but not so easy to live in the present. Some people are constantly reliving “the good old days” – that time they made the game winning play or starred in the school musical.  Others are stuck in a not so rosy past – remembering the job they lost or the tragic death of a loved one. Looking to the future can cut both ways as well.  It’s fun to imagine purchasing the home of your dreams or the tropical paradise to which you hope to retire.  But we can also get caught up in worry.  What if I don’t get that prom ..read more
