We just want to let you know that since summer is here and everyone is running for camps, pool time, and vacations, now is the time to schedule a well-child visit or sports activities physical that your child will need for the 20023/24 school year. Please do not wait until August to make these appointments. Our well-child checkup visits perform everything needed to complete a sports or activity participation form.
