Chinatown’s newest pan-Asian restaurant, Niübi aims to present authentic South-East Asian flavours in heartwarming dishes, within a relaxed atmosphere. Undercover Roasters opened their brand new HQ in Abbotsford a few months ago, just after Melbourne came out of lockdown 2.0. Its industrial look softened by greenery, and even though it's a large space with high ceilings, it doesn't feel cold or uninviting. It's a beautiful space, and not just a place to buy coffee and coffee gear, but also plants for sale.
