For the 11th year in a row, Elijah Craig Barrel Proof has a new release in the series. The first 2023 expression is aged for 12 years and bottled at 125.6 proof. The expression is made from the distillery’s standard bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley and 10% rye.  The “A” in the name of each whiskey stands for the first release in the series of 2023, while the “123” stands for January (the first month) 2023. Heaven Hill’s Larceny Larceny continues its Barrel Proof program with release A123. The “A” in the name is the first in a three-part A, B, C release series.
