A quick note to remind you that today is the final day to get the early bird pricing on my upcoming Peri-Menopause Detox (we start Monday!) and a little story on going gluten free. Can I confess my guilty pleasure this holiday season?   You know those Candy Cane Jo-Jo’s at Trader Joe’s?  Yeah, I ate them. They are only available once a year and so I splurged.  At least, they were gluten free.   :).   And while in Chicago, I couldn’t say no to the Frango Mints on the counter.  I can’t get those in Fairfax! We completed the first round of the Peri-Menopause Detox on Friday.  Whoo-hoo!  Round two starts next week! Are you in?
