Jonathan Bailey is confirmed to appear in the forthcoming third season of Heartstopper.
Alice Oseman, writer and creator of the Netflix series, announced on Thursday (25 April) that the Fellow Travelers star has joined the series alongside Hayley Atwell (Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness) and Eddie Marsan (Ray Donovan).
According to Oseman, Marsan will play the “wise and straight-talking therapist” of Charlie (Joe Locke), while Atwell joins the family of Nick Nelson (Kit Connor) as his Aunt Diane.

Sophia Bush says she can ‘finally breathe’ after discussing her queerness for the first time.
In an essay for Glamour, the actress opened up about her journey with her sexuality after reflecting on “brutal” online speculation towards her romance with former soccer player Ashlyn Harris.
Bush was linked to Harris following the dissolution of her marriage to businessman Grant Hughes in 2023, which made her the victim of “blatant lies” and “violent threats” from online trolls.

Daniel Bedingfield has opened up about his sexuality for the first time.
During a recent performance at the London Palladium (April 23), the British singer-songwriter told the crowd that his song ‘Borderline’ was written with a former male love interest.

Sapphics, rise! The BBC has unveiled the 10 contestants competing on I Kissed a Girl.
The queer female equivalent of last year’s I Kissed a Boy, which memorably made history as the UK’s first-ever same-sex dating series, it is set to premiere on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer from Sunday 5 May.
