Good morning and welcome back to another edition of Mindful Monday – the last one for the glorious month of May!
For many of us the year is rolling along very quickly, in spite of the obvious ongoing challenges that seem to be in a constant state of flux. A bit like life, really.
Goal setting, hopes, dreams and expectations have taken a bit of a hammering this past 18 months. What “success” looks like has also changed dramatically for many, as the divide between thrive and survive narrowed somewhat. Surviving another day or week in business (or family life) sometimes feels like a massive victo ..read more

A very Fulham-flavoured Thoughtful Thursday for y’all this week… We have a few more boring clinic updates, the pod is on sabbatical, Michael’s spine series starts a new region, and we’re shamelessly plugging some very cool and underrated inspiration and artwork from one of Team Fully.
Clinic Updates
The finish line is in sight for Sammy, with her last day being Thursday, June 3rd. Unfortunately, if you haven’t booked to see her yet, you have probably missed the boat. At time of writing (on Tuesday), she only had 3 slots left between now and next week. Rest assured, Mike, Silva and Michael ..read more

Good morning and welcome back to another Mindful Monday email.
How was your weekend?
What are your top three favourite things that happened? (Or didn’t happen?)
What would you do differently next weekend?
How could you improve your next weekend?
Go on, make some notes, reflect, and gear up for an even better one next time!
While you’re at it… what’s the plan for this week?
What needs to get done and what would you love to get done?
There is a difference, and the outcomes will reflect this.
Make some more notes.

For thousands of years humans have not only loved but lived along ..read more

Another week flying by with some easing! Hope you are all responsibly enjoying some newfound freedoms . We have a few updates to get through again this week and Craig has been busy, so the pod is disappearing again. Meanwhile, Michael reaches the grand finale of the thoracic region, and we have a plug of eco-friendly, zero waste bulk food stores we like!
Clinic Updates
Mostly about moving parts regarding Sammy from Fulham abandoning us all . Just a reminder that she is in clinic until Thursday, June 3rd and is not taking on new patients, so Mike, Silva and Michael would be happy to look after ..read more

Good morning and welcome to your weekly dose of Mindful Monday.
The mystery of sleep
How’re you feeling? Did you sleep well? Sleep could well be the final frontier of health science and, for many people, a key component that may be neglected in their healthy lifestyle strategy. Impaired sleep has been linked to many health challenges – including mental health – and yet remains largely a mystery to not only health professionals, but to all of us.
Rich Roll dug deep into sleep with Matthew Walker in this episode where they explore the evolutionary benefits of sleep, sleep’s different phases and ..read more

In this week’s episode of Thoughtful Thursday, we start off with some sad news, the pod takes another break, Michael has the penultimate thoracic vertebra, and we have a water-based, river-themed plug.
Clinic Updates
We believe most of you have been informed in clinic, but for those we have missed, I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news – Team Fulham is losing Sammy, who is heading back to Australia. On behalf of all the team, we wanted to give Sammy a very public pat on the back and a big THANK YOU for all of her help in looking after everyone at Fulham. So thank you, and we wish you well wh ..read more

Good morning and welcome to Mindful Monday as we continue to mindfully navigate 2021.
“People think focus means saying yes to the thing you’ve got to focus on. But that’s not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully. I’m actually as proud of the things we haven’t done as the things I have done.”
— Steve Jobs
Quite right, Stevo – well said.
So, what are you saying no to? (And saying yes to?)
Do your decisions truly and accurately reflect what you stand for?
These days it’s extremely rare that a shift in clinic goes by wh ..read more

It’s MAY! Hope everyone did not get blown away by the wind over the weekend. Classic bank holiday, am I right?! In this week’s pod, Craig speaks to a ninja, we reach double digits in the thoracic region, and we have Laura (formerly of Marylebone fame) plugging and giving away some lovely oils that we use in the clinics!
Clinic Updates
We managed to get through a bit of a higgledy-piggledy bank holiday, but we are trying to be as well organised as possible about practitioner absences. However, given the madness over the last year and all of them having been at the coalface the whole time, we ar ..read more

Good morning and happy May Bank Holiday!
May… errr, really? Yep, we seem to have somehow made our way towards the middle of the year. Cool. Well done indeed.
“Those who dance are considered insane by those who can’t hear the music.”
– George Carlin
Yep, there’s likely to be dancing in the streets sometime soon…
In spite of this pandemic being far from over, there does seem to be more and more to be excited about and even grateful for. Many of us will be tempted to rush back into old habits and routines that we’ve missed, some of which serve us well and others a little less so. If, for example ..read more

Time flying by! Bit to get through admin-wise this week, Craig’s been training the team so is off the pod, Michael is delving deeper into the thoracic, and we have a plug from one of our own, Megan from Team Toots!
Clinic Updates
No news on the tweaks front which is great!! Lil housekeeping reminders…
Please wear a mask in and be cool about it.
The roads are still crazy so please try to walk or cycle if you can while the weather is nice. I promise it will be more enjoyable, less stressful and probably quicker (my walk to Kew from Putney is an hour and the quickest way bar a bike at the moment ..read more
