Am I a Bad Person

I have always been sensitive. Since I was little, I would get mad at someone and express my anger to them. As I get older, it has lead to me losing just about 90% of my oldest friends. I go off and always feel bad. I genuinely do feel hurt by these peoples actions and and I try to resolve it, but when that fails I get mad. Its the being vulnerable and getting rejected that beings about these massive bursts of emotions. In college, I learned how to deal with it better. I got better and rarely fought with people. Then I entered the workforce in a large and aggressive city and I have spun out fo ..read more

There have been people who hurt me so much in the past and i'm trying to forgive and make-up with them. Unfortunately, i sometimes get so angry that i start having really nasty thoughts about them. I can control myself but when i get home i release that anger via screaming whatever i had in mind into a pillow or just talking shit about them. Is this a bad way to deal with anger? If so, what changes should i make? submitted by /u/Slight-Degree-3801 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Common Courtesy and Manners Don’t Fucking Exist Anymore

I took the subway to school this morning. It’s one of the metro lines that is always packed and becomes even more full during rush hour. A person sat down next to my right taking up two seats for themselves, so I moved over to the left a little bit so my shoulder wouldn’t be pressed up against theirs. This caused me to take up a tiny bit of the seat on my left side. This lead to the other people who sat down on my row to do the same. No one wants to be up in each other’s personal space you know. EXCEPT THIS ENTITLED RUDE WOMAN. Who squeezed herself between the person on my left and I. I decid ..read more

Lately I e had terrible anger issues. Thisay seem like a vent but I don't know how else to go about it but typing my thoughts as they happen. I honestly hate being challenged, I don't like the possibility of losing and I hate losing more than anything. To me losing is like trying to climb a ladder, the top of the ladder is the end goal but losing is like someone smashing my face with a mallet and making me fall down the ladder. All my progress towards goal wasted Md squandered.. infuriating. The top of the ladder must be reached by any means but this fucker (losing) keeps knocking me down. If ..read more

Hi, I honestly do not know what to do. I have a younger brother (19M) who has a short fuse and gets angry and violent very easily. He spends 99% of his time in his room (he has never had a job in his life and is not in school currently). My parents tried forcing him to get a job to leave the house but to no avail. Additionally, whenever he is upset, he bangs on his bedroom wall. He would even do this in the middle of the night, waking everyone in the house up. Each time one of my parents would come into his room to investigate, he wouldn’t talk and would ignore them or say a bullshit excuse l ..read more

Just feeling very angry frustrated at the mere sight of people and their happiness. And their dreaded relationships and marriages and friendships makes me want to barf. These people have no concept what it's like to be totally alone and have nobody to even talk to nobody that calls you checks on you if you're alive nobody that even would respond to you nobody to even text or message nobody would listen to you but yet they get to shove their happiness in my face. like I care and act all hunky-dory like life is perfect for them. All I know is perfect for them cuz they have everything that I've ..read more

Gaming is my favorite pastime but I cannot for the life of me control my temper while playing

I have never been able to understand how to not take gaming seriously, like my friends always tell me to. I am not a competitive person at all, but I either have to play games that have massive learning curves such as Fortnite, The Finals, and even GTA at times, or play by myself, which I do not enjoy doing. Regardless of the game, I have had numerous incidents where I get so angry that I lose all control. On multiple occasions, I have nearly broken my hand from slamming it on my desk. Most often, I become extremely loud and vulgar, which angers my family and probably annoys my friends (thoug ..read more

What's the most cringeworthy thing you've seen a stupid person do while angry?

I once met a kid who called himself "The King" (even stylized with a crown on top of the I) every time he didn't get his own way. For example, if there were people talking in the corridor (he hated that very much) he would yell "GET BACK TO YOUR BEDROOMS NOW BECAUSE I AM THE KING!". He would also sometimes write on walls when angry, and have homicidal thoughts which manifested in writing notes asking people to join his cult and murder all "sensors" and leave them around in the village. He would also yell at the top of his lungs, begging people to join his cult but only received weird looks. I ..read more
