Q: What inspired Damasta to come together with Storm Warren and the hit producer Charles “Unkahmn” Price to work on the record “The Diagnosis”?
A: Unkahmn sent me the track and it had a Dr Dre' vibe to it. I immediately started to think about making a song with references to medical shows. A. What pushed me into music was growing up in the ghetto. You don’t really have much to do except music or sports. That’s how it is. We don’t have many other choices. I was immersed in music, so I continued.

Q. What inspired you in wanting to become a comic book artist?
A. Reading many types of Marvel Comics as a kid and watching cartoons.
Q. When did you realize that you can draw?
A. Most likely the age of 5 years old. I used to draw silly cartoons and copy Peanuts drawings.
Q. Briefly, explain what is the process to put together a comic book?
A. My process starts with “thumbnail” sketches, then I redraw those sketches on larger comic book boards (pencils and inks). I scan the art, send it to my email then transfer to the Procreate app. I clean up any mistakes or smudges and add effects/colors ..read more

Q. What inspired you to want to become a writer?
A. Growing up, I read a lot of comic books and watched a lot of TV – horror movies, action movies, cartoons, and mystery shows. I had a wild imagination. One year, my teacher gave us a writing assignment and I just ran with it. Story writing became easy for me because of my imagination.
