There is no way really to opt out of our exposure to electromagnetic frequency and electro magnetic radiation but yes we can mitigate our exposure. We can make choices in our environment which will minimize the exposure.
I know I’m sensitive to EMF and I do what I can in my control and I know I can do better like put my phone on airplane mode as often as possible.
What I’ve done so far at home :
1. I changed the smart meter in my house a few years ago to an analog meter
2. Switch off WiFi router at night
3. Switch the phone to airplane mode at night
