During the pandemic when players are playing alone they can work on their passing and control skills with Ball and Wall soccer. The 4 Whistle Drill shows the players 4 different collective movements and can be adjusted any way the coach wants. This drill is great for more mature players but good for young players as they can benefit from being introduced to "connecting" soccer. One whistle means one movement. Two whistles means something similar but with an added twist Three whistles something else...etc. I suppose you could have a "Ten whistle drill" but the coach might run out of puff.
