A post script . . . about 4 months later, I discovered an un-opened cookie in the center console of my car. Somebody must have snuck it there when I wasn't looking after that night when none of us wanted to take the rest of them home. Since I was stuck in traffic and feeling a bit peckish, I did open the package and try it.
