The in room WiFi would not connect on the two separate devices we had. I logged this issue by calling hotel services on my second and third day of stay. Nothing was resolved by the time of check out (5th day). At check out I refused to pay the resort fee and made the desk clerk go "behind" to ask the office to remove the fee (5 * $50). They said they'd knock off one night. I said one night wasn't good enough.
