I was beyond excited when my bride asked me to design her a wildflower wedding cake along the lines of those stunning cakes created by Amy Swann. Amy has an insane talent for creating realistic wildflowers from sugar, so it was a tall order to come up with something similar! For Sharon and Nehul we created an elegant five tier wedding cake with a different finish per tier. The whole cake was finished off with some sugar flowers designed to tie in with the beautiful venue flowers provided by Twisted Willow. The top tier had a quilted finish with edible pearls and the second had a pale blush lustre. Rustic Winter Wedding Cake Claire got married during the festive period at the stunning Crab and Lobster in Thirsk and chose a simple rustic winter wedding cake design to be topped with fresh flowers. Autumnal Wedding Cake at East Riddlesden Hall   Bea and Courtney had a gorgeous autumnal wedding at East Riddlesden Hall. From the leaves decorating the aisle to the tables named after trees, the barn at East Riddlesden Hall looked beautiful with their autumnal decor.   We created a naked cake with three different flavours and decorated it with lots of autumnal berries, figs and dried fruits.
