You’ve been asking me for Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe for a while and finally here it is! I can’t believe that I don’t have one yet in six years of blogging.
But it was worth the wait because these are amazing! One of the best cookies I’ve ever had if I might say so. And I really do hope you love them too.

Happy April beautiful! I’ve baked this Grain-free Carrot Cake for Easter and today I’d love to share the recipe with you. As I still had some leftover cassava and tigernut flours from making my Rosemary Lemon Brownies I’ve decided to test them in a grain-free carrot cake.
So now you have another recipe to try if you did buy the flours especially for the brownies. It’s a lovely wholesome carrot cake version, the sponge is moist and flavoured with lime and cardamom.

My Easter special Rosemary Lemon Brownies are probably the healthiest baked brownies you will find. With an original rosemary lemon flavour, dark chocolate, hidden zucchini and grain-free cassava and tigernut flour these make a fabulous wholesome yet indulgent treat.

Happy March! To celebrate this beautiful month I’ve baked this wonderful Wild Blueberry Cheesecake. It’s been a while I haven’t make something with my all time favourite fruit. Wild blueberries are just full of magic and deliciousness.
This cheesecake is adapted from my Baked Gingerbread Cheesecake that I’ve created last December and I hope you enjoy my newest plant-based adaptation of this classic recipe.
