I've got the free email via BlueHost > Webmail/RoundCube/Cpanel. When I try to connect it with my email client for outward email, using SMTP Port 587, but get the following error: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1) It seems to be an SMTP error. Is there anyway to get a 2-factor authentication/app password for the webmail/roundcube (it isn't visible in preferences). Hi all I've got a friend whos had a wordpress website made up and it has a .co.uk domain. They are a business and need to use the website but the developer has since given up doing sites and has disappeared.
