Raw Pumpkin Pie Balls Ingredients: 1 cup raw pecans 1 cup raw almonds 10 medjool dates 3 Tablespoons raw pepitas (also known as pumpkin seeds) ½ cup pumpkin (fresh or canned) 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon, ground * ½ teaspoon nutmeg, ground * ¼ teaspoon ginger, ground * ¼ teaspoon cloves, ground * Instructions: In the food processor, pulse almonds, pecans, pepitas and spices together until it forms a fine meal.  Add the dates and continue to pulse with the nuts until well mixed.
