We were joined at the 2024 Quilt Show opening by an impressive line up of local politicians and community representatives. Along with speeches there was some friendly banter with almost a promise to have a go at making a quilt, sometime in the distant future.

Tall Poppy Wall Hanging with Tara Glastonbury
Tara Glastonbury is a modern quilt artist, designer and curator known for her bold use of colour, exaggerated scale, strong geometry and a preference for using recycled textiles. Her work is divided between exhibition pieces and a more crafts-based practice designing quilt patterns.
