WHERE — Copenhagen
IN COLLABORATION WITH — The Ordinary
The products I used during Copenhagen Fashion Week for clear, hydrated, happy skin.
Last week in Copenhagen with The Ordinary, doing my best impression of a cool Dane, biking rain or shine to all the shows. I’ve used quite a few of The Ordinary products on and off for years, but I’ll be honest, I’m pretty slap dash with my skincare routine, so it was so good to get a product regime tailored to my skin type. Big fan of the Hyaluronic Acid and Sqaulane cleanser for fresh, bright skin (and of course the chic Copenhagen breakfasts). I also ..read more

After more than a year at home, mostly dressing in trackpants or fancy tops for Zoom, what do we pack for the long-awaited staycation?
You’d think that getting dressed (whilst also feeling cool, put-together, comfortable, weather-appropriate and like yourself) wouldn’t be that hard. But alas, after a year without any real practice, it turns out that I did somewhat forget the art of getting dressed. It’s not rocket science, obviously, but it does take a little effort to pull on something that doesn’t have an elastic ..read more

How I do my makeup for before a shoot; the quick and natural edition. The tips and tricks I’ve picked up from makeup artists over the years for photo-ready skin.
Remember how we used to get dressed up and leave the house for work or meetings, or to dinner and a night with friends ? Yeah, me neither. And yet, my makeup routine does in fact, still exist; it’s just changed somewhat.
It’s now less about finding the right statement lippy for that party (for obvious reasons), or even trying out fun eye makeup to lift a casual ..read more

The skincare products that are almost magic in a bottle.
The skincare scattered all over my bathroom doesn’t really follow any kind of theme or rule. I’m a Libra, so I can never just settle on a few skincare products or one regime – I like to have options. My favourite products come from supermarkets, pharmacies, beauty consignments at department stores and everywhere in-between. And even though I do have a skin type (mild rosacea and dry) I still tend to be up for trying everything and anything.

Comfort wear. Leisure wear. Trackies. Sweats. Whatever you want to call it, it’s what I live in at home.
Right now so many of us our living our lives in some form of comfort wear. Whether it’s trackies on the bottom and a ‘nice top’ for a Zoom call or a full sweatsuit when you head out for that daily walk, comfort is king. But comfort has always been the aim of the game whenever possible. We’re all familar with slipping off our bra the second we walk through the door after a long day, or unbuttoning our rigid jeans the moment we can, at the end of th ..read more

WHERE — Holbox, Mexico
PHOTOGRAPHY — Jessie Bush and Sam Flaherty on 35mm
Where to stay, eat, swim, explore and then eat some more on the idyllic island of Holbox.
Isla Holbox is a teeny tiny island north of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula that encapsulates pretty much everything you think of when you imagine a Mexican oasis. Small hotels that open directly onto white sand beaches, with nothing but idyllic turquoise waters stretching as far as the eye can see. Friendly locals serving up authentic home-cooked Mexican food. And then to make it feel even more like you’re on island time, Holbo ..read more
