Last month, we went on an anniversary trip without the kids. On our way down to Charleston, we stopped in one of our favorite places, Asheville, NC. Asheville is a town nestled in the mountains that’s famous for the Biltmore residence. The downtown area itself is thriving–there’s lots of places to stay and eat, and things to do and see. We actually did one night of our babymoon there 3.5 years ago (including a candlelight tour of the Biltmore).
