Today we are building the Classic Park Bench.  Materials (Included in Classic bench kit) 6 Quantity 2x4x8's 2 Cement Bases Glue Step 1: Mark your wood. We did one inch off each side. You can also cut these down to make smaller bench. If you are planning to paint or stain we recommend doing that now. STEP 2: Glue Top Rails and Let Dry. Building a deck is easy with the right materials. We built this in just 20 minutes with minimal cutting. Check out the build video below: Supplies: 6x6x12 - 1 Pack 2x8x8 - 1 pack 2x6x12 - 2 packs Deck Blocks (4 packs) - 2 pack Nails or glue We know the video was quick so here is a step by step break down. Using two 6x6x12's and two 2x6x12's make a square and nail together. Add one more 6x6 in the center. Nail down 2x6x12 decking. Use a playing card to help make the spacing consistent.
