Hello!
Not new to henna colouring, but it’s been 13 years since I last used it.
Anyone here from Europe, and preferably Northern Europe, have who might want to share any great brands or products, and webstores where I can buy it?
I have black hair with lots of white in it (like 35-45% white), and I need both henna and indigo en masse.
Thanks!

Getting married soon and want the mehndi to be DARK.
I plan to wash my hands thoroughly before, keep them warm, and moisten them with sugar/lemon intermittently to help the dye stain.
Looking for the best brand I can get in either India or the USA!

If anyone has a lot of experience with hair henna, please help me out! Okay, so I used henna for the first time back in January to dye my hair this auburn colour, and i absolutely loved it (still do). Would not go back to my natural colour (and I'm aware it doesn't fade, nor can i have it bleached I've done my research!) However, I've been wondering if a different henna colour could be used on my hair now. I've now been wanting to try a henna that's more red. Like a cherry red. Thanks to my natural colour, this could work, but I'm just not sure since I've already used a different coloured hen ..read more

Hey there! So I’ve been using henna for a couple months now and love the ginger color I’ve been getting . However, it’s still a bit too orange towards the top and my ends have a slightly brownish tinge at the end. Think kind of like Madelaine Petsch at the end and slightly toned down orange panic at the top.
I know indigo can help tone that down and bring in more brown, but I’m worried about overusing the indigo and messing it all up. I barely need indigo, but should I do one or two step, and how much is enough to give a hint but not change the overall color? I was thinking 95% henna and 5% i ..read more

hello all. I was looking for a good red henna powder for my hair while on holiday in Dubai, and I got some from an Indian shop. This was called "mehendi powder" and they weighted 200g from a 1kg bag. I asked if it is hair henna, and they said it is powder for hand henna. I am now unsure if this is good for my hair, could anyone help me with some info on how I should test this before trying it on my hair please?

Hello, hope someone can share their experience with me:) I have been dying my hair red (home dyes and salons) for over 10 years (never bleached). Decided to go brown 4 months ago (my natural colour) and now I have at least 3 different shades of colour on my head (obviously not intentionally ?). Top of head (was virginhair) is somewhat light brown/gingery now, then darker brown and then reddish. I would like to start using henna to get my hair in a better condition and use something more natural. Any experience with henna and different colours in the hair? Will it extenuate the difference of e ..read more

I had virgin medium brown hair and I put dark brown henna on it and now my hair is basically black and I really don’t like it. Right away I washed my hair with shampoo and it lightened a tiny bit. Any suggestions for what else I can do? Thanks!

I've been told that if I want to dye my beard, from ginger to either light brown or darker, I need to first dye it lighter with red before dyeing it with brown or black.
Why?
I've tried 3 times to dye my beard in a week (I used henna from lush, the black one) and it looks just as ginger as ever, it didn't hold at all.
