The Inter Regional Championships or IRC’s will be held over 2 days on 15/16 September 2018 and will be held at Mallory Park, Leicestershire. The plan is as follows: Day 1 Individual – Scoring as per usual Day 2 Mixed Team Relay (MTR) – 2 races an IRC wave and a Youth/Jnr wave – all scores combined across both races for a MTR IRC Champs The IRC is an annual event held as part of the British Triathlon Under 20’s Festival. The Race Calendar for 2018 is now published. The IRC and British Super Series dates are still to be confirmed and therefore the calendar will be updated to include these dates in due course. The SWS will head to Cornwall on 17 June for the Liskeard Triathlon, a new event for the Series with 90% of the bike course on tarmac. There is currently an early bird discount available for Bowood. From 2018 the Junior Race Series results will be delivered for each Region by BTF IT department. For this to work those athletes wishing to take part in the SWS will need to sign up to home nations junior membership. Please follow the link under SWS Registration to sign up to membership. This is the only way, centrally, the junior results can be delivered for each region.  This will not stop anyone from taking part in the races but will mean only home nation members will feature in the individual league tables.  There are good reasons for juniors to become members and these are ..read more

The 2017 Presentations took place on Thursday 26 October with 36 children arriving at the University of Bath for a 2hr 50m pool session working on open water drills and technique followed by a 1hr run session before moving on to Odd Down Cycle Track in the afternoon.   Luckily the weather had picked up after a rather damp start to the day and the children enjoyed some bike drills for the first hour on the cycle track before the fun Team Duathlon took place. TESW would like to announce ‘Presentations 2017’ to celebrate our athletes successes this year. The ‘Presentation Day’ will take place on Thursday 26 October 2017 and will start at the Bath University Pool in the morning and finish at Odd Down Circuit in the afternoon. The day will conclude with a Duathlon Relay before sitting down to the Presentations and Buffet Supper in the Community Room at Odd Down.
