Its that time of year again.
New Year, New beginnings, Renewed Focus.
One of the best ways to set yourself up for success, is to know what you want.
Seems easy enough, but when I ask people this, they often don't have a clear idea.
It is usually vague. Like.... get in shape. or make more money, be healthy.
Getting clear on what you actually want and why you want it, are huge.
Once you have a handle on what you want, then you can set a clear and concise goal.

New Approach To The New Year

First I would like to say, "Happy New Year"
It is the time of year for fresh starts.
To put past stress and events behind us, and move forward.
A time to evaluate where we are, what we want, and where we want to go.
We look for purpose and meaning in our daily lives.

Connect The Mind To The Body

I have been a personal trainer / coach for 15 years now.
Over the years, I have noticed that some clients buy in, get in shape, and see changes, while some do not.
