In terms of effects it was absolutely top tier Jim Henson. It was.
But everything else about that movie sucked.
And I’ll give you four big reasons:
1) Atrayu takes the quest and they’re all like “you must leave your weapons behind, because reasons”. It makes no sense.
2) Artrax, the horse, died literally 5 minutes after being introduced. Everyone talks about this scene, but seriously, it’s literally 5 minutes after it was introduced. Boo-fucking-hoo.
3) Atrayu finds out he has to cross the continent and went the wrong way, then it’s resolved in 2 minutes with the luck dragon. What the fu ..read more

This might be the dumbest concept M. Night has come up with. How did this movie even get greenlit? So this genius plan revolves around the police “staging” a concert to put 10,000+ people lives at stake to catch a serial killer. Note to self never go to a Taylor swift concert because you never know if a serial killer will be taking their daughter to the concert. I say this move is lucky to get 35% on RT. What are people’s predictions.
