What could I have done better here? Although I saved it I feel like the rebound could’ve been dangerous and I need to control it more

At practice a couple days ago one of my Coaches pointed out that whenever I shoot, I fail to the side instead of falling forward whenever I shoot. It was at the end of practice so we didn’t have any time to try and fix it but does anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you fix it because I feel like it’s taking a lot of shot power off my shot

I broke my nose last night and am hoping to get back into the pool as soon as I can. I’m gonna take a week off at recommendation of the doctor, but want to minimize risk when I get back into the pool. I’ve people like Maggie Stefan’s wearing masks in the pool, but can’t find anything online about what kind of mask or where to find these. I’ve seen some online from companies like mueler, but it does not say how great it would be in a water sport like water polo.
Anyone have an experiences with masks for broken noses and have any recommendations?

Hello, I'm an aspiring coach of the sport; currently assistanting a coach of my high school team. I just have a lot of scattered questions about some aspects regarding 6-on-5.
Why do I hardly see anybody drive on offense while on the power play, if not drive, at least move that much.
Why do teams typically use zone defense while down a man, but not while even strength?
Why do most teams bring up two 2 meters for when they're up?
Despite my 2 years of experience to the sport, I am still very new to learning this from the coaches perspective, so apologies if you find some of these quest ..read more
