This is a trailer for the messed-up-looking slasher horror thriller He Never Left, which wants you to “Witness The Rise of a Legend.” That legend is the Pale Face killer.
In the film, “After hearing strange noises coming from an adjoining motel room, a federal fugitive and his girlfriend become targets of the notorious "Pale Face" killer, whose legend has haunted the local community for decades.”
The movie was directed by James Morris and it looks like it will take horror fans on a brutal, bloody, and violent ride. This doesn’t look like my kind of horror movie, but I’m sure th ..read more

Here’s another trailer for you to watch for director Robert Eggers' creepy nightmare-fueled gothic vampire horror film Nosferatu.
The movie is a reimagining of the terrifying 1920s classic, which tells the story of the sinister vampire Count Orlok, who is played by Bill Skarsgård in the movie. We actually get to see a bit more of the creature in this recent trailer.
Nosferatu tells the dark and twisted tale of obsession between a haunted young woman (Lily-Rose Depp) in 19th-century Germany and the ancient Transylvanian vampire who stalks her, bringing untold horror with him.

There was a recurring joke in Todd Phillips’ Joker: Folie à Deux about whether or not a TV movie that was made based on Arthur Fleck’s life and killing spree is actually good or not.
Lady Gaga’s Harleen “Lee” Quinzel is a big fan of the TV movie and is basically obsessed with it. It played a big part in her idolization of the real Arthur (Joaquin Phoenix). Every time Arthur asks her about the movie Harley gives it a rave review.
It turns out that a trailer for the TV movie was almost shot for the Joker sequel, and Justin Theroux was going to play Arthur in that trailer.

When Marvel Studios was looking to cast Yelena Belova for 2021's Black Widow movie, both Florence Pugh and Saoirse Ronan were on the top of Kevin Feige's wishlist. In fact, Ronan was initially offered the role and turned it down.
During a recent interview with Josh Horowitz, Ronan was asked about this and pretty much confirmed those reports saying: "How did you hear about that? I don't know [Laughs]."
Ronan is best known for her roles in critically acclaimed films like Little Women, Lady Bird, and Atonement. She went on to say she does want to star in bigger film, but Marv ..read more

Aaron Pierre (Rebel Ridge) is set to take on the role of John Stewart in DC Studios’ upcoming Green Lantern series Lanterns. He will star alongside Kyle Chandler who will play an older version of Hal Jordan.
The DC series will focus on new recruit John Stewart and Lantern legend Hal Jordan, “two intergalactic cops drawn into a dark, Earth-based mystery as they investigate a murder in the American heartland.”
I’m not really familiar with Pierre’s work, but his Rebel Ridge series looks great. I just haven’t had a chance to watch it yet.
The project is being developed by Ozark’s Chris Mundy, Wat ..read more

Adult Swim has released a trailer for its new action-comedy series Invincible Fight Girl, which looks like a lot of fun! The series follows a young girl named Andy who dreams of becoming the greatest professional wrestler of all time.

If you haven’t seen Joker: Folie à Deux yet, this article contains major spoilers for the ending of the film.
The Joker sequel takes Joaquin Phoenix’s Arthur Fleck on a very unique and surprising musical journey and it all leads to a very dark ending, which I think was expected for this Joker franchise.
Following his trial, Arthur is back in Arkham, and there he is told he has a visitor by a prison guard. As he walks away, another inmate calls out to him, telling him that he has a joke to tell.
As the inmate reaches the punchline, he ends up stabbing Arthur who starts bleeding out on the ..read more

The classic SEGA video game franchise Shinobi is getting a feature film adaptation at Universal Pictures with Sam Hargrave (Extraction) set to direct.
I loved playing the original side-scrolling game when I was a kid. In the game, players take on the role of Joe Musashi, a master ninja on a mission to rescue kidnapped children from the evil crime syndicate known as "Zeed."
The game blends stealth and combat as Musashi fights through waves of enemies using a combination of shurikens, swords, and powerful ninjutsu techniques.
Each stage of the game is divided into several levels, and I remember ..read more
