I've been tasked with looking at CRM applications for our sales team. The current process is that a potential customer visits our site and goes through a brief quotation where simple contact information is collected. They can then go through the full process to purchase the product, which involves several pages of information to be filled out. At any point they can drop out and come back later to complete the process.
Our sales team will follow up a few times after the initial information is collected. Data is stored in a SQL database and the various stages are linked by a guid.

ariMarketing is offering a free CRM up to 10,000 contacts and it has some really cool features like Invoicing, Payment Processing, Lead Gen, EMail Campaigns, HR, Accounting, Appointment booking, Project Management, Tasks, and a ton of more features. Their pricing is pretty cheap and it seems like a pretty good CRM. I was wondering if anyone has used it and what they think about it? crm.arimk.com
I am looking to use it in a wedding planning business, and in a landscaping business

Does anyone use their CRM as their primary means of communication for literally everyone/everything?
I ported my primary number into my CRM recently because everyone has that number and for work. My entire family has that number too.
Now my wife, her boyfriends, my siblings, aunties, uncles and all my friends message me and call me through the CRM. Every conversation is on the CRM. I don't really mind too much. But is this normal? Does anyone else live out their CRM like this?

I'm looking for some input on selecting a few CRMs to demo for an Economic Development organization. We obviously need the basics that it seems like all CRMS have - managing contracts, tracking activities, etc, but we also have some more specific needs like loan tracking, project management, site & building tracking, and recording membership information/payments.
I have experience with CRMs from past jobs, but with a very different focus on sales. In my googling EDC Forge, Cloud Nine, and Executive Pulse all came up but I haven't heard of any of them. Does anyone have any insight or exper ..read more

Hi, I am looking into all different softwares (mostly just the ones advertised as CRMs for now) for my new landscaping company. I was in the process of taking over another kind of business but that fell through, but during that set-up, I got an account with Helcim and even got one of their terminals. I am hoping to use Helcim's API payment processor with my new CRM. Its just me running this business, I don't need anything too fancy. Anyone know of a platform that can do this? Thanks

I would be interested to know whether anyone out there has successfully deployed the Smart Docs component of Pipedrive using SharePoint as the storage location.
It seems to target only the default SharePoint site i.e. no option to choose which site you want to use.
Any Pipedrive partners got a solution for this?
Thanks!

Hi! We’re building an automation tool for CRMs (integrated with HubSpot now) and would love your advice! It can be a challenge to get data in and out of your CRM to work with other apps. While the APIs for CRMs are powerful, it is often not easy to work with directly, requiring lots of programming and debugging.
Our goal is to enable you to use natural language to interface with your CRM and other apps easily. For example, you can ask Lutra.ai ? (our software) to update your CRM contacts from a Google sheet, create a report using deal data, or deduplicate the contacts.
Behind the scenes, we a ..read more
