Why don't sales people use CRM effectively?

I have talked to 50+ salespeople for my research and most of them are saying that they focus on closing deals, not filling out the CRM. Why is that? Isn't CRM the second brain of the company? Or maybe they are using some type of tool to fill it out? submitted by /u/ShowAggravating2792 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Send email to desginated address to update CRM automatically using AI

*I'm new to Reddit, so hopefully posting this in the right place. If not, please let me know the best audience. I would like to create a solution that allows me to send an email to a designated address with notes from a call. I would then like GPT or another LLM to parse the notes and either add a new contact or update an existing contact in my CRM (don't have one yet, but hoping to use Notion or a similarly customizable platform) based upon the notes and my instructions. For example, a message could read: "I met with John Smith, the co-founder of Microsoft. We spoke about potential opportuni ..read more

Email capacity: Salesforce NPSP or Neon?

Friends, I'm agonizing over Salesforce or Neon. We are a visual arts organization, so the look and branded quality of our email blasts, and the ability to share artwork, is very important. Cutting down on ongoing monthly fees is also important, so if possible, I'd like to cut the ties to MailChimp--but not if Neon's functionality isn't good enough for an arts organization. Can anyone speak to the graphic capacities of the internal functions that Neon offers? Thank you! submitted by /u/Worcester508 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Today's business world is very competitive, so Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a must. CRM systems make it easier to talk to customers, keep track of leads, and keep ties strong. By putting all of a customer's information in one place, companies can learn more about their likes, dislikes, buying habits, and overall behavior. This lets them use personalized marketing and targeted sales efforts. CRM builds customer trust, makes customers happier, and helps businesses make more money.
