Jonathan Reitz here. Let me ask you a direct question: How are you feeling these days?
Now, before you answer, how are you really feeling? The last few months, we’ve faced a global pandemic with more than 100,000 dead in the U.S. alone, skyrocketing unemployment, police brutality and the death of another Black man in their custody, and all kinds of potential social change.
It’s ok if you’re not feeling that great. I know I’m not.
I’ve had to face the potential that I might catch a deadly virus only by leaving my house and then absent-mindedly touching my face. And I’ve had to look deep inside ..read more

This webinar took place on Thursday, June 18, 2020.
In our lifetime, no time contains as many opportunities for positive change and opportunity for people of all colors, tribes, and creeds as this moment. On the heels of a global pandemic, the United States in particular, and the world in general, are engaged in an open and honest conversation about race. Now is the time to pursue equality and purpose for all people on equal footing.
Coaches face an equally exciting set of opportunities. How will we as leaders in the coaching profession ensure that our skills are used for maximum impact? We ..read more

This webinar took place on Monday June 15, 2020.
We’ve all been shocked and saddened by the events in Minneapolis on May 25. George Floyd, an unarmed black man, died after being detained by Minneapolis police. Four police officers have been fired as a result, and the United States has plunged into a frank and raw conversation about race and the systemic issues we all face.
What can coaches learn from this tragic situation? More directly, what can WHITE coaches learn about ourselves and the skills we use every day to facilitate growth and change? On June 15 at 7 pm Eastern, Dr. Ramon Pastran ..read more

Grief is powerful and unpredictable. What does a coach need to kn ..read more
