Hocd isn’t a disorder on its own, it’s a manifestation of OCD where the obsessions and compulsions are sexuality related. Not all people with OCD experience sexuality related thoughts/compulsions, some experience it in periods, for some it’s their main focus, etc. OCD symptoms can have many different ways of manifesting and it can change over time.

hm, i’m not a doctor so i’m reluctant to speculate, but what i’ve read usually is that there is the opposite effect in some people, that the adhd meds as a stimulant can trigger ocd symptoms in people who have untreated or aren’t managing their ocd. that said, everyone’s experiences are different, and the same medication might behave a little differently for two different people.
