Hello, I’m 20 years old girl and rn I’m in college. Here’s some background of my story Me and my mum don’t nt get along well. Idk why but since I can remember my self she would shout at me for everything. Even hit me. About two months ago, a photographer found me and asked a photoshoot with me. I agreed since it was a dream of mine to become a model. Days later I did the photoshoot and when o went back at home she started screaming at me again and saying stuff like I didn’t asked her. When she saw the photos she called me a whore and not to date and post anything on social media. And that’s w ..read more

So, my fam's looking to buy a house, and we're wondering: are real estate commissions up for negotiation? Like, can we haggle with our agent? It's not like buying a used car where you expect to bargain, but hey, saving a few bucks would be sweet, right? I've heard mixed opinions. Some say it's a no-go zone, while others swear they've slashed those fees. Maybe it depends on the market or how desperate the agent is to close the deal. Anyone got insider tips or success stories negotiating commissions? Or maybe you're an agent yourself and can shed some light on how flexible you really are? Let's ..read more

My cousins abandoned me to support our family through two losses

I’m the only cousin who showed up when both my uncle and grandmother passed within two months of each other. My boyfriend has spent more time with my grandmother (while she battled mantle cell lymphoma in her 90s like a badass) in the last five years than all my cousins combined because he came with me every time I visited without fail. My cousins failed. They failed my grandma. They failed my late grandfather who passed in 2011 because he asked us to watch over her. They failed my uncle. My uncles had no children. My uncle who’s now a widower told me I was the only niece or nephew that was p ..read more

I’ve been thinking how to write this and don’t even know where to start without writing the biggest story. I feel I need to give some context without giving too much info. City A: Hometown, where I was raised as a child and lived from 3 till around 20 years old. City B: Where both my parent’s family has lived all life. I have traveled from city A to B at least once a month to see my Grandparents. Eventually my grandmother passed and my grandpa was alone, he ended up depressed and we saw the opportunity to help him by me moving with him and finishing school in City B. Finally I moved on, got ..read more

Parental Roles and Child Development.

So, I've been thinking about parental roles and how they shape child development. It's crazy how much influence moms and dads have on their kids, right? Like, my mom was always super supportive and encouraged me to try new things, which I think made me more confident. And then there's my dad, who taught me the importance of hard work and determination. But here's the thing: every parent has their own style, and that can totally affect how a kid grows up. Like, some parents are more laid-back, while others are stricter. And then you've got those helicopter parents who are constantly hovering o ..read more

So, I've been pondering something lately, and I figured I'd throw it out here to see what y'all think. Are real estate commissions negotiable? I mean, we all know buying or selling a house ain't cheap, right? But is there wiggle room with those hefty commission fees? Some folks swear by negotiating them down, while others say it's set in stone. Personally, I'm in the market for a new place, and every penny counts, you know? But then again, I also get that realtors gotta make a living. It's a bit of a conundrum. Anyway, while we're on the topic of negotiating, let's switch gears a bit. How do ..read more

So, let's talk about real estate commissions, folks. I'm sure many of you have wondered if they're up for negotiation. Well, here's the scoop: they definitely can be! It's not like buying a burger where the price is set in stone. In the real estate world, there's often room for haggling. But here's the kicker: it all depends. Yep, depends on your market, your agent, and sometimes just how good you are at sweet-talking. Some agents are more flexible than others, and in certain areas where competition is fierce, you might have more leverage to negotiate those fees down. But here's where I want ..read more

Hello to everyone and thanks for reading me. I'm having a difficult relationship with my family in general, but especially with my brother. I used to have an older sister but she died due to a hard health condition and I have two more older brothers that happens to be twins. If you know something about twins, you might know that they are like inseparable souls and they get along really well because of many experiences shared, and also personality, tastes, etc. But 4 years ago they started to get girlfriends and everything went downhill. Once you've got a girlfriend, usually the person that yo ..read more
