I'm a junior ERP consultant and there's a senior on my team who's EXTREMELY condescending!! She always assumes we're in the wrong without first hearing us out, talks over us when we're trying to explain our thought process, and hits us with a "I'm busy, figure it out yourself!" whenever she's unable to answer our questions. On a personal level, I think she's really nice, but I can't imagine what kind of hell it will be if I get staffed on the same project as her, and it doesn't help that she's more senior than most people on the team.
